I closely follow the Lagree Method which encompasses high intensity, low impact fitness at an intentionally slow pace.
Why it works:
Low impact is good for everyone, young and old, those new to fitness as well as workout veterans. The slow movements recruit more muscle groups and fibers, therefore gaining strength more efficiently and in a shorter amount of time.
When you fell for fitness:
I was 20, and it became a part of my daily routine. I began working out as a way to socialize with my friends but soon exercising was something that I needed to do for myself.
Scale or No Scale:
NO SCALE!!!! We all know when we are on or off track.
Best threads to shed:
Oh there are so many! I’m an avid consumer of fitness apparel. I will always love Nancy Rose Performance tights – I haven’t found any tights that can compare. I dabble in Adidas, Splits59, Alo Yoga, Lululemon and Karma.
I love a cycle class, and always look for a SoulCycle class when I travel. I love any low-impact high-intensity so if it includes a rower, climber, weights, dance, etc. I’m in!
